This experiential mindfulness walk will provide guided meditations in different areas of the park, helping you relax and connect with your surroundings. Mindfulness is about living in the moment and is a gentle yet powerful way to slow our thoughts and help cope with stress, anxiety and depression. It is a technique suitable for all.
