 ocally. We all want to maximise the well-documented health\, economic\, an
 d climate benefits of encouraging the switch from single occupancy car jou
 rneys to more active and sustainable modes of travel.\nAs a council\, supp
 orted by Active Travel England\, we are reaching out to our communities an
 d stakeholders in the world of active travel. We want to hear from the man
 y individuals\, advocacy groups\, residents\, and professionals with a kee
 n interest in Active Travel to ensure the schemes we introduce are effecti
 ve and useful.\nWe’re eager to hear your experiences and suggestions\, w
 hich is why the Forum has been set up to allow a two-way flow of informati
 on. While this isn’t a formal consultation process\, there will be an op
 portunity to hear updates from us about our:\n\n	Active and sustainable tr
 avel agenda\n	New and existing schemes\n	Choose How You Move behaviour cha
 nge programme\n	Cycling and Walking Strategy\; and\n	Local Cycling and Wal
 king Infrastructure Plans.\n\nPlease note\, the above agenda may change.\n
