DESCRIPTION:The course is designed around you and your individual requireme
 nts and experience - your instructors will spend some time establishing th
 is and ensuring what they do is relevant and useful to you. This may mean 
 the instructors split the larger group into a number of smaller ones.\nAs 
 a rough guide the course will follow the following format:\n\n	Introductio
 ns\, meet the team\, course housekeeping\, pre course admin\n	General ride
 r research - what do you want to achieve?\n	Introduction to electric bikes
 \n	Bike fitting\, helmets\, clothing\n	General e-bike riding - off road an
 d traffic free\n	Team engagement - personalised travel advice from our exp
 erienced team-learn about local cycle routes\, commuter tips\, maintenance
  hints\, general riding advice etc.\n	Road riding - by choice the team wil
 l take you out on quiet roads close to the training venue\, to build confi
 dence and road skills in a controlled environment. If you wish to remain o
 ff road and continue practicing that’s fine too.\n\nPlease note that we 
 will be delivering the training to all districts across Leicestershire. Th
