 round 90 minutes\, steady pace\nWe delve again into Leicester’s indus
 trial past with this brand-new route. This time we take in some of the
  large companies associated with Leicester’s textile industry who enjo
 yed success well into the 20th century. We pass some well-known names fr
 om Leicester’s industrial hay-day who provided employment and brought we
 alth to the city.\nGroups are smaller than before so booking is essential
  for all participants (including children under 16\, who must be accompan
 ied by an adult) – please see ‘how to book’ below. Please do not tur
 n up at walks if you have not booked – we regret you will be turned away
 . \nDress for the weather\nPlease remember to dress appropriately for the
  weather to ensure you are comfortable. Walkers are recommended to bring a
  bottle of water with them.\nFor walks in the city centre it is helpful if
  walkers wear a face mask. This allows the group to gather safely at road 
 crossings where there is less space. \nGroup size\nGroup walks will remai
 n smaller than before\, to enable our walkers to maintain social distancin
 g. After 17 May we will open up some additional places on our walks. Group
  size will depend on the walk location and the amount of space available f
 or social distancing (at the start and during the walk). To allow opportu
 nities to others\, a maximum of 2 people from the same household/ support 
 bubble may attend. We are sorry that we cannot accommodate more people at 
 this time. Please follow instructions for booking places and also observe 
 the guidance below with regards to Covid-19.\nCovid-19 and group walks\n\n
 	Please do not attend a walk if you or someone in your household/support b
 ubble has symptoms of Covid-19. Instead\, please stay home\, self-isolate 
 and book a test. Information about how to order a test online or by phone 
 is detailed on the on the Leicester City Council website.  Please do not
  attend a walk if you are awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test. The NH
 S website provides information about symptoms and more.\n	During walks\, w
 e kindly ask walkers to maintain the 2m social distancing from each other
  and members of the public (or at least 1m if you are wearing a face mask)
 . Please respect other people's space.\n	Take hygiene precautions when you
  are outside (you may wish to carry your own hand sanitizer) and wash your
  hands as soon as you are back indoors.\n\nSelf-guided routes\nIf you have
