DESCRIPTION:Group Walks: Leicester's Suffragettes\nTuesday 27 April 11am\nS

 This route visits locations associated with some of Leicester's notable wo
 men\, including Alice Hawkins. These women campaigned for women's suffrage
  or worked to improve the lives of women and children in Leicester. (A rep
 eat of the walk presented in 2019).\nOur groups are smaller than before so
  booking is essential for all participants (including children under 16\
 , who must be accompanied by an adult) – please see ‘how to book’ be
 low. Please do not turn up at walks if you have not booked – we regret y
 ou will be turned away. \nDress for the weather\nPlease remember to dress
  appropriately for the weather to ensure you are comfortable. Walkers are 
 recommended to bring a bottle of water with them.\nGroup size\nGroup walks
  will be smaller than before to stay within the ‘rule of 6’ which al
 lows a maximum of 6 people from different households to meet outdoors in a
  public space. This includes our volunteers who lead and assist the walk. 
 To allow opportunities to others\, a maximum of 2 people from the same hou
 sehold/ support bubble may attend. We are sorry that we cannot accommodate
  more people at this time. Please follow instructions for booking places a
 nd also observe the guidance below with regards to Covid-19. \nCovid-19 a
 nd group walks\n\n	Please do not attend a walk if you or someone in your h
 ousehold/support bubble has symptoms of Covid-19. Instead\, please stay ho
 me\, self-isolate and book a test. Information about how to order a test o
 nline or by phone is detailed on the on the Leicester City Council websit
 e.  Please do not attend a walk if you are awaiting the results of a Covi
 d-19 test. The NHS website provides information about symptoms and more.\
 n	During walks\, we kindly ask walkers to maintain the 2m social distanci
 ng from each other and members of the public (or at least 1m if you are we
 aring a face mask). Please respect other people's space.\n	Take hygiene pr
 ecautions when you are outside (you may wish to carry your own hand saniti
 zer) and wash your hands as soon as you are back indoors.\n\nSelf-guided r
