We are aware of the issues preventing Arriva services 5 and 5A from currently serving stops on Rearsby Road in Queniborough as a result of a recently installed central crossing island.
This work was led by David Wilson Homes following their recent development and we are urgently working with them on a solution.
In the meantime, an alternative, free of charge taxi-based service provided by the county council which was in place whilst works were underway will be reinstated from 6 October to ensure access to public transport is still available.
Residents do not need to book this service as it will operate like a shuttle bus from Monday to Saturday. The service, ran by Premier Taxis will pick residents up at either 7:00am, 11:00am or 4:35pm from Rearsby Road and will take them to the bus stops located on Melton Road to allow them access to use the Arriva 5 and 5A services.

An emergency road closure is in place on Hollow Road, Anstey.
As a result, the LC15 and First 74 bus services cannot serve Stadon Road and Hollow Road. During the closure, buses will divert via Bradgate Road until the road reopens.

Clarence Street in Market Harborough is becoming a one-way road as part of an experimental traffic regulation order to improve the local transport network.
As a result, the Centrebus HC2 service will follow an alternative route from 13th July 2026. Buses will divert via Albert Road and Fernie Road. The service will continue to operate on a hail-and-ride basis along the alternative route.
The alternative route will be monitored during the trial period. Following this review, a decision will be made on whether to make the changes permanent.
