Please note that we’re aware of an issue currently affecting some Android users which prevents return journeys being booked through the FoxConnect app.

Riders are advised that if they encounter the out of service zone message when trying to book a return journey, to dismiss the error by swiping it down. The booking flow should then continue in the background and allow the ride to select a time for the return journey and complete the booking.
Alternatively, riders can book a journey by calling the call centre.
