We’re aware of an issue currently affecting some Android users, which is preventing them from booking return journeys through the FoxConnect app.

Our team is looking into the problem and working to implement a fix as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution.

Riders are advised that if they encounter the out of service zone message when trying to book a return journey, to dismiss the error by swiping it down. The booking flow should then continue in the background and allow the ride to select a time for the return journey and complete the booking.

Summer 2026 fares promotion

Your summer plans just got easier with FoxConnect.

Under the government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme, children aged between 5-15 years old will be able to travel for free on selected bus services in August including on FoxConnect services.

If you’re 16 or over, you can enjoy 50% off all journeys across all 11 of our operating zones when you book via the phone or the app. The discount will automatically be applied at time of booking.

FoxConnect is an on-demand transport service operating in Leicestershire. You can choose where you want to be picked up and dropped off, meaning it’s a convenient and flexible way to travel at a time that suits you. Passengers will be able to book a journey through the app or the telephone booking line.

The service operates Monday to Saturday, 06:00 – 19:30.
