Following the recent bus network changes in Oadby, Wigston & Blaby, we have received various feedback on the changes implemented by Arriva. To better understand the detail and how individuals may now be impacted, our team has organised two public engagement events in the most affected areas.
At these events, the team will conduct an on-the-ground survey with residents to better understand how people currently travel and what improvements they would like to see. This includes feedback on local bus services, community transport provision and the bookable FoxConnect service. The feedback collected will help inform future public transport provision in the area and highlight any further improvements required based on actual known demand. Residents can also submit feedback at any time by emailing choosehowyoumove@leics.gov.uk or by calling the main council telephone number.
