Apply for a bus pass

Please note: This application is only open to applicants who are eligible for the scheme, living in new developments who have partnered with us through Section 106 funding. If you’re not sure whether you are eligible through this scheme, clarify with your housing developer or get in contact.

Each form submission is for one 6‑month bus pass per application. If you are applying for more than one bus pass, you must complete a separate application form for each pass.

Please allow up to 6 weeks from submitting your application to receive your bus pass. To help us process your application as quickly as possible, please ensure the form is completed accurately and in full. Charges may apply if a replacement pass is required.

    In order to obtain a FoxConnect pass, you must sign up to the FoxConnect app first, and then provide your email address and phone number that you signed up with. Download a guide if you need help signing up.
