Leicestershire FoxConnect

Autumn and winter savings!

Enjoy 50% off all Saturday journeys when you book through the app or via phone. Offer is valid from Saturday 3 October until Saturday 26 December.

We’re aware of an issue currently affecting some Android users, which is preventing them from booking return journeys through the FoxConnect app.

Our team is looking into the problem and working to implement a fix as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution.

Riders are advised that if they encounter the out of service zone message when trying to book a return journey, to dismiss the error by swiping it down. The booking flow should then continue in the background and allow the ride to select a time for the return journey and complete the booking.

FoxConnect is an on-demand transport service operating in Leicestershire. You can choose where you want to be picked up and dropped off, meaning it’s a convenient and flexible way to travel at a time that suits you. The service operates Monday to Saturday, 06:00 – 19:30.

Download the app on smartphones from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or call the telephone booking line on 0116 216 7756 during opening hours 08:30-16:30 on Monday to Friday.
