Walk on the Wild Side – Abbey Park

Starting from the small car park in Abbey Park, off Abbey Park Road.

Around 60-90 minutes, steady pace

Meet in Abbey Park, from the small car park near Pets Corner and the ruins of Cavendish House. A Walk on the Wild Side walk in Abbey Park is hosted by an experienced wildlife expert who will lead you around the park and talk about the different types of trees wildlife found here. This event is a collaboration between Making Wildlife Count and Choose How You Move. Our fantastic wildlife expert will lead you on a 60-90 minute exploration of the park to discover more about nature in the city.

Please note: As we are looking at wildlife, we regret that dogs are not permitted on the Wildlife Walks.
