The Great Northern Railway ride

As part of the Ride Leicester Summer Cycling Festival, this is a led ride by the Ride Leicester team along the route of the Great Northern Railway from its terminus at Belgrave to Thurnby.

The ride includes sites of Belgrave Gate GNR Terminus, Catherine Street road bridge, Ulverscroft Road road bridge, Humberstone Station, the trackbed through Humberstone Park and on to Station Road, Thurnby.

Bring a spare inner tube and some water.
