New Walkers
Once you have booked a place, if you have not walked with Leicester City Council before we will ask you to complete a Walker Registration form before you attend the walk. You will only need to complete the registration form once and can attend any of our walks thereafter (subject to booking a place). Once you have booked via Eventbrite, we later email you a link to complete the registration form online. Alternatively, you can speak to our staff to complete it over the phone in advance of the walk.
Cancellations
If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your place via Eventbrite or contact us by phone (during office hours) to cancel your place so we can allow others the opportunity to attend. This is especially important while our group sizes are small. Thank you in advance.
