Group Walks: Belgrave to the River Soar

Starting from Cossington Street Recreation Ground, Belgrave

This group walk heads from Belgrave to the National Space Centre via the new Charles Bennion footbridge and returns via the Holden Street footbridge. The route uses a combination of residential streets and pleasant riverside paths. The bridges connect Leicester’s residential areas to the wonderful green and blue space of the river corridor. This is a repeat of the walk led in 2021 (called Bridges over the River Soar).
This short walk is free to attend, but numbers are limited so please book via Eventbrite or by phone to secure your place when booking has opened.
