Leicester Open Streets

Leicester Open Streets is back this year!

Leicester’s  Open Streets is a FREE monthly pop-up event to help encourage people to explore the city by walking, wheeling or cycling. On the last Sunday of each month, from May to September, Town Hall Square and Green Dragon Square will welcome people with free, family-friendly and fun entertainment for all abilities from 1-4pm

Along with guided walks and led rides, there will be fix-it sessions from Dr Bike, interactive junk-art bikes with Cyclone Works, live music with BETAcoustix and Sambando, Danny Butler’s Extreme Mountain Bike Show, an Art Market at Green Dragon Square and much more.

Each month, the Open Streets events will take on a different theme from archaeology to The Olympics.
