Let’s Get Together Strolls

About the Let’s Get Together Strolls

We have been hosting Let’s Get Together Strolls since 2022, in collaboration with the City Council’s Public Health team and Leicester Museums and Galleries. These Strolls take place approximately once-a-month and are slightly different from our regular walks offer.

The Let’s Get Together Strolls aim to help combat social isolation by offering an extra social opportunity as part of the walk. Usually, this is a group visit to a public building (e.g. a museum) or to a free event.

You are invited to join us!

We’re now seeking feedback from our walkers to help us shape future Let’s Get Together Strolls. You are invited to join us for a short stroll in the city centre, followed by seasonal refreshments and an informal chat about your experiences. Your feedback will help us improve future Strolls.

Where: Leicester Central Library, Bishop Street, city centre.
Time: 1pm – 3.30pm
Date: Either Saturday 23 November OR Saturday 7 December 2024. 
We will pick the most popular date (not both).
