North West Leicestershire FoxConnect
Get on board with the brand new on-demand Hinckley, Bosworth and North West Leicestershire FoxConnect – it’s FREE for a month from 14th July!
Hinckley, Bosworth and North West Leicestershire FoxConnect is a modern digital demand responsive transport option that operates in three area zones, connecting key destinations like, Coalville, Ibstock, Measham, Atherstone and Market Bosworth. The service offers key interchange points to connect neighbouring areas and encourage onward travel. You can choose where you want to be picked up and dropped off meaning it’s a convenient and flexible way to travel at a time that suits you.
Service Operating Hours: Monday – Saturday, 06:00-19:30

Book a journey through the call centre on 0116 216 7756 during opening hours 08:30-16:30 on Monday to Friday or by using the Leicestershire FoxConnect app at any time to book a journey for travel within the service operating hours of 06:00 and 19:30 Monday to Saturday.

Zone Information
There are three new zones that will be served by North West Leicestershire FoxConnect. The service will also connect parts of Hinckley and Bosworth. Passengers will be able to use the service to travel to Coalville, Ibstock, Measham, Atherstone and Market Bosworth.
There is no direct travel between the zones but passengers can make connecting journeys through interchange points whether that’s by booking another FoxConnect journey or using a timetabled bus service. Use the journey planner to plan your travel.
- Zone 8: Coalville, Ibstock and Market Bosworth
- Zone 9: Atherstone, Market Bosworth and Measham
- Zone 11: Coalville, Castle Donington and East Midlands Gateway
All three zones will be operated by LA Travel.
Interchange Points
There are interchange points at key town centres to enable connecting journeys and onward travel. While there is no direct travel to and from each interchange point, passengers can access onward travel like a timetabled bus service, railway stations or make another FoxConnect journey into a connecting zone. The below information lists stop details, and possible onward travel destinations, either through railway or additional bus services.
Coalville
The town centre is a main destination and interchange point. This interchange point can be accessed by anyone traveling from zone 8 and 11. Passengers will also be able to travel back to these zones from this point. Timetabled bus services for Ashby, Loughborough, Shepshed and Leicester are also accessible from this destination. Memorial Square Stand 2 & 3
Market Bosworth
This interchange point can be accessed by anyone traveling from zone 8 and 9. Passengers will also be able to travel back to these zones from this point. Locations served at this interchange:
- Market Place
- Station Road by St Catherine’s Avenue
Measham
This interchange point can be accessed by anyone traveling from zone 8 and 9. Passengers will also be able to travel back to these zones from this point. Timetabled bus services to Ashby and Burton. Stops served at this interchange:
- High Street by Navigation Street
- Bus Terminus
Destination Points
Destination points can only be accessed by one of the zones. These points offer connections to the local town centres and offer links to onward travel services.
Zone 8: Ibstock
This destination can be used for leisure and amenities in Ibstock Town Centre, or connecting timetabled bus services for onward travel. Stops served:
- Melbourne Road – multiple stops
- Central Avenue
- High Street by Poplar Farm
Zone 9: Atherstone
This destination can be used for onward travel via bus and railway services to Tamworth, Nuneaton and Birmingham. Stops served:
- Railway Station
- Bus Station
- South Street by North Warks Borough Council office
Zone 11: Castle Donington and East Midlands Gateway
These destination points are convenient for onward travel to Derby and Nottingham. The East Midlands Gateway destination point also connects to Notts On-demand. Stops served:
- Interchange Stand S1 & S2
