FoxConnect Telephone Booking Line

How to book

Passengers that book journeys via the FoxConnect telephone booking line will get text message updates, including journey confirmations, timing updates, and information on pick-up and drop-off locations. 

If passengers need to amend or cancel a booking, they should call the booking line and update their booking. 

If you use the telephone booking line to book but wish to travel later than 16:30, please book your journey in advance or book your return journey at the same time as your outward booking.

Payment will NOT be taken over the phone. Journeys booked using the telephone booking line will need to be paid by contactless card when boarding. This service does not take cash or chip and pin payment, it is contactless ONLY.

Journeys will cost between £2 and £4.10, concessionary travel is also accepted.

If you think your area would benefit from an in-person support session, please email us at choosehowyoumove@leics.gov.uk or request that your parish council gets in touch. Alternatively if you are a business, please let us know if you would like to provide a hosting space.
